SAFARICOM CUSTOMER CARE IS GETTING MORE INTERESTING!!!


A number of times I have seen some funny screen-shots of what should be Safaricom online customer service. I must say I admire the persons  behind the keyboard because they have always had some of the most ingenious and surprising responses to quier posts . This is fresh. My only worry is that maybe, one time this person will respond, and the commend might not go down well with a customer as intended. However, this never happens. I  wish also such fresh and entertaining thoughts would be replicated in other online services.
